As the lead for Characters, Culture, and Trailhead at Salesforce, I create engaging ways to educate, inspire, and foster community. I collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to transform ideas into impactful brand experiences and events that delight customers, employees, and Trailblazers.
Brand & Community Leadership
Lead the brand evolution for the Salesforce Developers community, growth 3 million globally.
Created a cohesive brand solution with internal stakeholders and community teams that resonates with our most passionate Makers: Developers, Admins, Architects, and Designers.
Founding member of the Trailhead product, Salesforce's fun and engaging way to learn. Responsible for the creation of the Trailhead brand and identity, influencing our learning product, events, and swag. Co-creator of the iconic Trailblazer hoodie, celebrating its 10th year in 2025. As Trailhead Design became the foundation for Salesforce's brand expression, I empowered teams to leverage essential assets for company initiatives such as campaigns, events, enablement, and engagement, all while staying true to the company's core values.
Creator of the majority of Salesforce Characters and stakeholder for all 3D and 2D character development, production, and fabrication. Mother of Astro Nomical, Salesforce's beloved brand mascot. Astro is your guide to Salesforce, embodying a beginner’s mindset focused on doing business while doing good, and inspiring people to dream big and become who they want to be. Author of the 2nd most popular blog post on the Salesforce Blog, multiple years in a row.
Event Strategy & Design
Responsible for transforming Salesforce's event portfolio with Trailhead Design, helping teams create unique must-attend hybrid experiences for customers and employees alike. Creative lead for TDX, Developer/Trailblazer events, and internal executive experiences like Company Kickoff and Laulima. Oversaw mascot costume development and character swag production for all characters, including stuffed animals.
